Cause:
The workpiece to be welded is not cleaned.
The fit gap is too large or has burrs.
When the cooling speed is too fast or the flow of shielding gas is too large, cracks may appear.
Solution:
Make sure the workpiece has sufficient cleanliness and accuracy before welding.
Adjust the temperature of the cooling water on the fixture to raise the water temperature.
Reduce the flow rate of shielding gas.
