Weak laser

1. Check the working current: Check whether the power supply is stable and whether the current reaches the rated working current.

2. Check the optical mirror: Check whether the collimator output mirror is dirty. If there is any pollution, wipe it gently with a cotton swab dipped in absolute ethanol. Be careful not to scratch the mirror coating. Check whether other optical lenses are contaminated, such as red light beam mirror, galvanometer, and field lens.

3. Check the power attenuation: The power attenuation after the laser has been used for 20,000 hours is a normal power loss.

4. Check signal interference: The disconnection during the marking process usually due to signal interference. For this reason, the leads of weak current and strong current cannot be bundled or run on the same side. The signal line with shielding function should be used; The ground wire is not in good contact.

5. Check parameters: Check whether the pulse width frequency has been set within the required range.

6. Check the optical path: Confirm whether the isolator light spot is normal (the light spot is round and there is no dark spot). Check whether the output light of the laser is blocked (make sure that the output end of the isolator and the galvanometer port are on the same horizontal line when installing).

Laser is unstable

1. Check the power supply: Check whether the power supply of laser marking machine is stable and whether the current reaches the rated working current.
