This article primarily covers the operating procedures and precautions for the Linxuan UV laser marking machine and its associated water chiller.
Water Chiller Installation
1. Add purified water to the chiller, and the water level over the part that marked in picture.
2. There are two lines, one connect power supply, another connect to the laser machine.
3. Connect water pipes to the chiller.
4. Connect water pipe to the UV laser engraver, any port can be input or output.
Machine Operation Steps
1. Turn on the chiller, and set the temperature at 25 degree centigrade(we have set it well), begin to use the UV laser machine until the temperature reach 25℃.
2. Following the steps to turn on the power.
3. There is a power supply for the Logan laser source inside of the cabinet, following the steps that marked on picture to turn on the power supply.
Please Notice the message in the display which marked by red frame, you can begin to use the machine after the count backwards end.
4. Then can open Ezcad, and begin to mark on your plastic products.
Notice please 1:
Copy all the files in USB disk to your computer, MUST NOT CUT, keep the software files in USB disk, and put it away. In case the software setting parameters are changed too much and it doesn’t work one day, then can copy all software files to your computer again, the software will restore to factory setting.
Notice please 2:
It is better to get a computer which special use for operating Ezcad software, no need internet for this computer, and no need antivirus program in this computer, ensure that the Ezcad software can operate successfully.
Notice please 3:
If your computer is Windows 10 system, close the update. Some of customers have problem to use the Ezcad after update Windows 10.
Steps to Close the Machine
1. Save all your files in Ezcad, and close Ezcad first, then close the computer. Must Not to turn off the power of the computer directly, then Ezcad will lost all setting.
2. Following the steps we marked in the picture to turn off the power supply of the Logan laser source.
3. Turn off all power button as marked in picture.
4. Turn off the chiller. Notice please, if the weather is cold and you will not use the machine for a little longer time, please discharge the water in the laser source.
