1. Loosen these three screws.
2. Pull the aiming diode out and loosen the connector of the bad aiming diode, tight this good aiming diode’s male connector with another female connector which inside of the scanner head.
3. Put the laser head at right focal distance, move this aiming diode and let two aiming diode’s red dot meet together, and then tighten all those three screws.
