Notice Please:
1) The вращающийся should be connected to the лазерная машина first, and notice please disconnect it only when machine is power off.
2) The rotary table need to be placed breadthways, fix the round object on the rotary.
3) Make the focal distance to be right(from lens’s bottom edge to the top point of the round object).
With rotary marking, there are two conditions: marking текст и векторный файл.
Laser Marking Text on Round Object with Rotary
1. Click “fI” to create a new TEXT and apply.
2. Click “Modify” to change direction of TEXT as below.
3. Click the second button in “transform” to change TEXT ‘s direction at 90 degree.
4. Put the TEXT to the center of marking field.
5. Filling letters if need.
6. Now, ready to mark. Click “Лазер“, then click “Rotate TextMark”.
7. Set round object’s diameter in EZCAD software. Then click “Mark” in this page.
Laser Marking Vector File on Round Object with Rotary
1. import векторный файл from computer.
2. Steps 2~5 are same as TEXT rotary marking.
6. Click “Laser”-> “SplitMark2” for vector file.
7. Set the part diameter, and split size(here the value is better same with the value of line distance when filling), then press “Red(F1)” to preview or “Mark(F2) to mark on this page.
How to Mark the Inside of a Ring?
1. Tilt the claw chuck at 45 degree.
2. Measure the focal distance as below picture, from the bottom of the inside of the ring to the lens edge.
3. Invert the rotate direction in software.
How to Set Rotary Rotate to Original Point?
