Checking this function means that each time the laser completes one marking pass, the fill lines will automatically rotate by the set angle and then perform the next marking. For example, if we set the angle to 0 degrees and the automatic rotation angle to 30 degrees, the first marking will be at 0°, the second at 30°, then 60°, 90°, and so on.
This ensures that the filled pattern produced by multiple deep marking passes will not show visible fill line textures. As a result, the entire filled surface becomes smoother.
It is suitable for mold marking.
İpuçları:
The EZCAD3 interface does not display the changes in fill angle in real time, but EZCAD2 does.
In EZCAD3, to see the actual fill angle during marking, the Count value must be greater than 1 during filling for the angle to change.
